This page covers refunds for the Pro pass on offerbeta.com. Our online reseller Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record: it sells the pass to you and processes refunds. The full payment terms are in section 9 of our Terms of Service.

1. Full refund within 7 days

Not for you? Ask within 7 days of buying, and you get a full refund — for any reason, however much of the pass you have used.

2. How to ask

Email support@offerbeta.com with your receipt or your account email, and we refund it through Dodo Payments. The money goes back to the original payment method. How long it takes depends on your bank.

3. What happens to Pro

Once the refund goes through, the days and the AI of that pass are removed from your account. Other passes you bought stay. Your progress and everything free stay too.

4. Your rights by law

Nothing on this page limits your consumer rights under your country’s laws; our 7-day refund is in addition to them.
